The galley hot tap on Delphine turned but wouldn't shut off the flow and a very helpful guy took the tap apart for us. He said the problem was wear in a plastic connector - with the shape of a small ridged cylinder. He said he'd never seen a similar arrangement in a tap, and we don't know what make the tap is, so don't know whether it might be possible to get spare parts. I attach a photo of the taps (poor quality - sorry!) - does anyone recognise them and can provide information about them? We'd prefer to repair it rather than replace the whole unit, if possible...

Many thanks

We have the same fresh water pump on "Redshank", but sorry, we don't recognise the other unit. We had standard Whale taps and replaced those on the galley and heads sinks this winter. All working well, but we have no running hot water. Hope you can resolve the problems.
