The biannual visit to Fareham SMBC  (Sailing & Motor Boat Club) has come round again. The plan is to have a "bring your own grub" BBQ as before. Fareham will provide the BBQ, salads and hot potatoes, you bring meat, fish or whatever you want to cook. The additional attraction this year will be a "wine whist". To enter you will need a bottle of wine per two people and know the cost of the wine. It should not be expensive but something you like to drink. The ‘whist’ involves tasting the wine whilst discussing it with another couple and then moving on to more wine and different people. Do not worry if you are tee-total, spittoons will be provided!

Mooring and showers are free at Fareham so long as you spend enough over the bar.

In the past, 12 boats have made it to Fareham. Hopefully as many boats, if not more, will make it this year. If the weather is foul, do not worry, come by car instead. Many usually do and we would love to see you.
