Folks,

owners of yachts that are not Parker or Seal yachts but who are members of the Assciation are welcome to come along and race around the Isle of Wight. Members may wish to do this to compare the perfomance of their yachts to Parkers and Seals, or just for fun.

The view of the committee is that prizes would not be given for non-Parker/Seal yachts. The reason for this is that the handicaps for the Parker and Seal yachts have been developed by the Assocoiation over many years specifically for our fleet and that there is no way of comparing these handicaps to standard RYA handicaps for racing.
