Reluctant sale of Parker 235 Exodus due to ongoing illness. Owned from new, manufactured in 2007 to specific specifications
(see newsletter articles 2007/02 and 2007/03) but only lightly used for 3 seasons, only ever launched and recovered three
times, and never beached so hull is immaculate and unmarked. The boat is in white with navy blue detailing. Complete with
everything, ready to sail, and cradled on 4 wheel braked RM trailer. There is a comprehensive file of instructions and receipts
and in addition to all the standard specifications Exodus has the following factory fitted additions from new:
EXTERNAL additions to standard specification:
- Tohatsu 6 horse power 4 stroke Sail Drive engine with separate fuel tank & alternator to charge
battery
- Hull Epoxy Gel Shield Treatment during manufacture
- Telescopic Tiller extension
- Matching Sprayhood on stainless steel frame
- Rear Cockpit zip panel to fit spray hood
- Two Antal self tailing winches, 2-speed on starboard side (aids keel lifting)
- Z Spar Furling headsail system
- Bow and stern lights plus motoring light on mast in addition to standard tricolour
- Mainsail zip-up Stack Pack system
- Padded lifeline covers to cockpit lifelines
- Large special anchor cleat in anchor locker, re-inforced through bulkhead
- Keel lock down rod
- Spinnaker Pole plus fittings to mast, halyard, and hull, ie ready for addition of spinnaker if required
- Sunware solar panel to charge (ugraded) battery
INTERNAL additions to standard specification:
- Upgraded upholstery to Criss Cross "Ocean" Dark Blue
- Chart table AND Teak table, either of which can also be used in cockpit
