Construction

Built by Parker Yachts Ltd in year 2000. White GRP hull with additional hull ports and alloy toe rail.White grp coachroof with light grp moulded non skid sidedecks. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Lifting wing keel- the keel is a steel frame with a stainless steel fairing supporting a lead wing. This is electrically raised and lowered via buttons in the cockpit and has both a mechanical and electronic gauge. Tiller steering to swinging rudder. Stainless steel rails and guard wires. Six mooring cleats. Synthetic teak to cockpit seats and floor.

Accommodation

Five berths in three cabins including the saloon. From forward: Forward cabin with double berth, large hanging locker, door to saloon and door to en-suite heads and shower compartment to starboard. En suite has marine toilet with holding tank and hanging locker. Aft to saloon with outboard facing chart table forward and to saloon Settee berths with folding saloon table between. Custom cabinet to starboard for microwave. Aft to single berth aft cabin with hanging locker and shelves and access to cockpit locker.
U shaped galley to aft end of saloon with Coolmatic fridge, cool box,full cooker with grill and oven, deep stainless steel sink and plenty of storage space. LED spot lights. Brass oil lamp above saloon table. Sliding tool shelf above engine. Kenwood radio player with multi CD changer and saloon speakers. Window and hatch blanking plates in lieu of curtains.
The interior is heated by Mikuni 3.5 kw blown air diesel fired central heating system with four outlets, 240v heater and Taylors diesel cabin heater. There is additional hull insulation moulded in at time of manufacture to maximise winter cold prevention. Also additional ventilation to minimise condensation. Full 240v shore power system, immersion heater to larger than normal 18gallon calorifier and 240v battery charger. Cabin cooling fan. Hot and cold pressurised fresh water system and uprated Cleghorn Waring pump. Extractor fan over galley. Roller blinds to forehatch and aft cabin escape hatch. New carpet
