Eastern Seals Launching Dinner
Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Y C, Lowestoft, Sat 24 March 2012
Once again we meet up in the bar a Lowestoft at lunchtime, this time to go and indulge in a little local history in Great
Yarmouth. Nelson was a Norfolk man, and we visit the Nelson Museum on the South Quay – just downstream of the Coast Guard
office. Then recover at the Royal Norfolk & Suffolk Y C, for a full dinner in the best winter setting I know.

south of the harbour lifting bridge. Free Car Park; vehicle gates at side; say ‘Parker & Seal Sailing Association’ when
Entryphone answered.
For directions, see this page
on their website (directions half way down), or train to Lowestoft, and some 200 yards south, across the bridge.
